The company was founded on April 1, 1986. The entire capital stock is held by the managing partners Wolfgang Hemker and Dr. Jürgen Flaskamp and the partner Horst Grossbötzl. All partners held leading positions in the securities and portfolio management divisions of major banks prior to entering our firm. Our core business is the management of private and institutional portfolios, including financial consultancy. Today the volume of assets under our management amounts to circa € 1.8 billion. Our company is subject to constant monitoring by the German Federal Banking Supervisory Office (BaFin). We have been granted the license for conducting financial portfolio management in accordance with section 64 (2) German Banking Act (KWG).
